The standard dust extractor for injector hand blasting cabins and smaller pressure blasting systems with 960m³/h suction capacity

State-of-the-art cartridge filter technology with automatically controlled cleaning cycles ensure constant suction power and guarantee powerful dust removal for all applications for the best visibility and degrees of separation during the blasting process.
BIA-tested filter cartridges of Cat. "M" and with a secondary filter even Cat. "H13 / H14" meet the highest requirement criteria. This means that even carcinogenic dusts ( e.g. CrNi dusts) can be filtered so that the air is cleaned in the production room (recirculation mode / no heat loss), so the residual dust value is below 1 mg / m³.
In the case of non-critical dust, the filter cartridge according to Cat. "M" achieves a residual dust content of <0.2 mg / m³. This filter performance is sufficient for most applications.
The large filter surface, combined with a wide pleat spacing with a shallow pleat depth, reduces the load on the filter surface and enables effective cleaning. Long service life of the filter cartridges with low maintenance requirements are an absolute novelty of our filter systems and contribute to significant cost savings.
For easily flammable and explosive dusts such as aluminium, pressure-shock-resistant housings with tested pressure relief devices are available (explosion-proof design). These extraction systems may be set up in the operating room. With this system air recirculation is guaranteed, thus guaranteeing cost savings.
Discharge of dust via rotary valve into a BigBag or barrel or differential pressure measurement of the filter cleaning to save compressed air increases efficiency or reduces personnel costs and thus rounds off our dedusting technology.
