Overhead conveyor shot blasting machines

Our overhead monorail systems can be used absolutely universally. The workpieces are hung up like grapes and rotated in front of the centrifugal wheels. Since the blasting angle from the centrifugal wheel to the workpieces is changed during the process, the blasting result is uniform from all sides.

This process is therefore also suitable for components that are not rotationally symmetrical and can be used for almost any component geometry.

The components are processed in batches or batches. During the blasting process, a new batch can be prepared by designing the overhead conveyor as a Y.
